Great News for our Mechanical Division

Our company secured St Patrick's and St Brigid's Primary School, Ballycastle under a NEC 3 Option C contract. We have now completed the main primary school and have started on the smaller Nursery school with the aim of handover in October 2009.

The buildings included space heating by BMS controlled under floor heating throughout, served by 2nd 195kw oil fired sectional boilers and inverter controlled pumps on all main circuits. Domestic hot water for main school and kitchen via 2nd hot water calorifiers and BMS controls including full metering of all services including BREEAM water alarm monitoring. Ventilation consists of local extract ventilation with the kitchen area served by supply AHU and kitchen extract canopy.
